In 2001, "Weimin Denture Technology Development Center" merged with "Weimin Denture Laboratory" and changed its name to "Xinghua Denture Ceramics Factory, Longhu District, Shantou City".
In 1995, the center separated out "Hongyuan Denture Ceramic Products Factory", which was operated by Zhong Hongsheng; Zeng Guogao operated "Weimin Denture Technology Development Center".
In 2005, the factory doubled the plant area and increased the variety and quantity of products.
In 2006, it changed from a single production type to a production and operation type, and changed its name to "Shantou Xinghua Dental Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.", increasing the operation of oral medical equipment and oral materials. In the same year, it cooperated with Hubei Beijing Mountain Health School to become the practice base for the school's dental technology specialty.
In 2007, it cooperated with Guangdong Chaozhou Health School and became the practice base for the school's dental technology specialty. In 2008, it passed the ISO9001:2000 professional certification for medical device production.

In 2015, purchased land to build a factory. Acquired a small denture factory, merged with Hongyuan Company, expanded the scale, and added metal 3D printing products.
In 2016, the new factory was completed, and the factory moved to a new location in May.
In 2017, the company established an oral clinical training center to build a learning and communication platform for physicians and technicians. In 2018, the company introduced invisible corrections and implant guides to establish an implant center.
In 2019, as of the end of March, the "Oral Clinical Technology Seminar" hosted by the company has been held for seventeen sessions, which has made a significant contribution to the dissemination of clinical oral medical technology and the improvement of the treatment level in eastern Guangdong.
